I am an executive recruiter specializing in IT & Telecom technologists, 
and the sales and management people that support them.  I'm contacting you
because the profile you posted online was picked up in a carefully 
tuned keyword search for one of the urgent assignments I am currently 
working.  I think I may be able to help you in your search for a new job in this
dramatically changed world, and I need to ask you for additional input to
facilitate the process.

The "carefully tuned keyword search" might be more believable if you'd bothered to even put my name in the "To" field.

Maybe I just find this amusing because I got about 4 hours of sleep last night. Feeling sick, finally managed to get to sleep around 7 am, then up again around 11. I kind of hope I don't get called about that web job today, as I'm really punchy and I don't think any phone interview will go well.
