(no subject)

I don't think I'm going to feel compelled to have another big party again for myself for another decade or more. I waited 30 years, I can wait another 30 I suspect. Overall the weekend was okay and it was great to see people (and meet some neat new folks), but there was just Too Much Stress. Not nearly as relaxing a weekend as I'd hoped, too much last minute stuff (literally, last minute) to get done; I ended up late for my own party.
