Observations for today:

1. It's really, really hard to get back into the mindset of having deadlines when you haven't had one in many, many months.

1(a). Especially when you have a deadline of "tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest" and you're sick.

2. Why is it that the people who most need the services of a usability tester for their sites/applications are never the ones who actually hire them?

*sigh* I'm too fuzzybrained from cold meds to grok what it is I'm supposed to be doing with this godawful application interface. I'd so much rather be reading this instead.

Weird mood. Fuzzybrained, sad, weepy. PMS and cold meds, the greatest combination in the world to acheive nonproductivity. I am utterly unable to concentrate on a single thing. I've got 10 windows open on my desktop, and just closed two of my AIM chat windows. *flit* *flit* Must...concentrate.
