this should be fun

So, a former cow-orker wanted us to come in and take over some production work for the designers/web production folks that his new company had subcontracted out to; said designers had quit in a huff over "creative differences". So we wait and wait and wait, don't hear anything. Then finally get the word today that the previous folks had tried to "unresign", and the customer wanted to give them another chance (makes sense, they wouldn't have to transition new folks and get them up to speed on the project). Well, that went fine, up until the time that these guys went ballistic over something, who knows what, and refused to turn in a deliverable. Bzzzt. Don't let the door hit ya in the ass on the way out! So, they want us to come in now, but the client wants to meet with each of us next week (to make sure we're not temperamental freaks like the last guys, I suppose). Guess I should likely hold off on dying my hair blue for a bit then, damn. :) But I can live with natural-ish hair colors for a while if it will result in my getting a paycheck, woohoo!
