I did do some trawling for GIFs to cheer myself up earlier. This one sounds like something you'd find on FU Penguin. I have no idea what's going on here, but the text made me laugh. [Edit: Google tells me the dog climbed up the pole, got stuck, and had to be rescued by the fire department.]
