The caffeine reduction plan seems to be going pretty well. I'm down to drinking usually only one or two caffeinated beverages a day, as opposed to the 4-6 I had been drinking. Man, my ass is dragging. But so long as I drink one caffeine-laden drink upon waking up, I don't get the debilitating withdrawal headaches. That's a Good Thing[tm]. Maybe this time I can actually stick with it.
