As if we weren't already aware that Virginia is a swing state in this election, that was confirmed by the fact that we both got copies of the "Obsession" DVD in the mail this weekend. Oh, joy.

The thing is Islam has the bases to be a really good thing. They just need a reform movement to cut out the silly bits. For instance let us take the Islamic confession of faith.

I testify that there is no true god (deity) but God (Allah),
and that Muhammad is a Messenger (Prophet) of God.

Liv (in West Virginia) got hers about two weeks ago, and she's saving it for me. I figure I can do a review of that, and the DishNetwork Obama Channel at the same time, so I can claim to be 'fair and balanced'.
