This video for "First Day of My Life" by Bright Eyes is wonderfully sweet. *sniffle*. (At IFILM, you'll need to watch a short ad before the video.)

Hurra Torpedo's cover of "Total Eclipse of the Heart". If I tell you that they use kitchen appliances for percussion, that might almost give you an indication of what this is like. There just aren't words.

Given the state of the one... uh... percussionist's pants, perhaps it would have been more appropriate had he been holding a plunger (especially given how he was holding whatever that was). ;-)

I just noticed your Current Music on this post was something done by Minnie Driver. Never heard any of her stuff, but thinking of her singing always reminds me of the horribly off-key Russian lounge singer she played in Goldeneye. ;-)

Yeah, I know, but she's actually not at all bad. =) If you've got iTunes, they've got one of her videos available in the store. (It's free.)

I would expect she's not bad (as Toni and I sit here with An Ideal Husband going in the DVD player, another fine movie in which she appears). iTunes, though... very dangerous. ;-)
