All of the hats here are so cute and odd! For some reason, the dead fish one appeals to me. Something about the tail dragging in the back, like a perverse "santa" hat.

I kind of like the dead fish hat too (but not the dead Totoro!), for some perverse reason. I found this on friendsfriends, I think it was from ame_chan.

"Lain" is unknowable... I've never figured out if she's human, a robot or virtual. And *so* dark-and-depressing. Watched perhaps two-thirds of the episodes, a couple of years ago... "Evangelion" is more my type.

Evangelion? Hated it. Watched the first two discs, and then promptly sold them to Second Spin. Yeah, I know, it's supposed to be fabulous, but I couldn't get into it at all.
