After much arm-twisting (okay, maybe not so much; there was about three minutes of indecision on whether I should join folks at the Birchmere or go to Bethesda for the BT DVD release party thing), I ended up at the Bruce Cockburn show tonight. Best damn decision I've made all week, and I'll venture probably next week as well. It was a fabulous show, with a nice mix of stuff from the new CD and older stuff and an enthusiastic audience. If you happen to be near one of the remaining stops on his current tour, haul yourself over to the venue posthaste. Also, those of you in the Ann Arbor area are required to go check out Kitty Donohoe. Yes, required. There will be a quiz.
