D'oh!

In a not-entirely-awake fit of productivity, I managed to delete a bunch of personal mail in amongst all the spam. Of course I didn't notice that some of it needed to not be deleted unread until I was watching my inbox cleaning itself out, so if you've sent me any mail in the last 24 hours, please send me another copy? Thanks.

Today is Sweetmorn, day 72 in the season of Bureaucracy, 3269.

So far this weekend I've driven out to Silver Spring to attend a friend's birthday shindig, sorted out large piles of mail, culled out some of the makeup drawer (I have some unused or lightly-used stuff I'm willing to give away for postage costs, I'll list it later.), finished reading "Fargo Rock City", paid some bills and then scrubbed the kitchen while C. was out getting about ten inches of hair cut off. ( I had the TV on while I was cleaning, and "The Fabulous Life of the Hilton Sisters" strongly reinforced the idea that if you're richer than God, you can then have stunningly bad taste; it's amazing how much really ugly crap that much money will buy.) Not as productive as last weekend, but I'm okay with that. I think for the rest of the night I'm going to be a "mindless sheep" and watch movies. :-P Baaaa. Tomorrow we're planning a trip to the closing day of the RenFest, assuming we're still feeling up for it; I suppose I ought to dig out my garb if I'm feeling inspired enough to dress up. Sometime in there I need to do some work-related stuff as well.

Possible crossover fanfic idea from last night: "Queer Eye for the Snape Guy". I can just imagine Carson badgering Snape to wear some color...
