1) Just got told that the office is closing at 4 today, so I can leave officially 2 hours early (although it's more like 3 hours since I never actually leave on time)
2) It's sunny and relatively warm and CCR is being played at high volume
3) There's a friendly dog who belongs to someone else who works in this complex wandering around outside
4) There's a Flash Girls CD and a new Laurell Hamilton book on the way to me, along with a less exciting XP administration reference.
5) I feel cute today. I wore my 20i docs, my favorite lace-edged skirt and pigtails to the office. (Before the peanut gallery gets to this, yes, there was a sweater involved too. *snicker*)
Things that aren't going as well:
1) The people who were supposed to come out here to fix my windshield somehow mistyped "mobile repair, New Baltimore, between 1 and 4 pm" (which is what they confirmed yesterday) in their appointment log as "shop appointment in Winchester, noon", as I discovered when they called me at 12:30 asking if I wanted to reschedule my missed appointment. Eeeediots.
2) The posted fix for this Javascript menu problem I'm having doesn't work for me in IE 6. I shall pound my head on my desk in frustration yet again, I believe.
