So, this is the one time in the last six months or so that our servers Absolutely Positively HAD to be up and accessible so that we can get a huge amount of work that should be coming in soon (assuming that the PM could get to our resumes and such this weekend). Sometime last night, our provider fell off the net. They're sort of kind of back today, but their customers aren't. Today my boss, whose name the account is in, called their "support" line, only to get a recording saying "we know that some of our customers are experiencing an outage, if you're calling to talk about anything other than that, please leave a message. *click*". So, you couldn't even talk to them. This is no big shock. It's not like we've been happy with their service since they were just DigitalSelect. They took the one person with a clue away and promoted her to a position where customers can't talk to her. =P So, our network has been down for 24 hours now and we're HOPING that it doesn't turn into another WEEK OF DOWNTIME like last time. So say it with me kiddies..."PRIMUS SUCKS!" (God, I need to find one of those stickers.)
