According to http://bunnyofdoom.org/itm/jvnews.php (an email from Jhonen), it is indeed cancelled. They apparently had something like 16 unaired episodes left over that Nick is going to be showing (http://www.tavicat.com/updates.html") though.

1:00 and 1:30 on Sunday afternoons, and they said 9:30 on Friday night for the new episodes.

It is cancelled, they had some unaired episodes which they're going to show apparently. There's some links in my reply to brian1789.
