Arisia parties 0, Somnolence 1

Well, so much for that plan.  After dinner I went upstairs to take a handful of painkillers to fight off the godawful sinus headache I'd developed (yay, pressure drops!) and lie down for "just a few minutes" before making an appearance at various parties...and then it was 6:45 AM. =/  Whoops. 

Had figured I'd go meet up with some friends in the area who aren't at the con this afternoon, but that was before the traditional Arisia snowstorm hit; I am one of those "never lived above the Mason-Dixon and minorly freak out about driving in the snow" types.  Unlike more southerly climes though, Boston knows how to deal with a trivial 4-8 inches of snow and so I might try to escape later this afternoon, once I've been sufficiently caffeinated.  So.  Coffee, then perhaps the Pastafarian Revival in the lobby.

Partial exhaustion plus headache = need lots of sleep apparently. Thanks, I'm feeling much better after close to 12 hours of sleep.

Damn didn't know Arisia was this weekend, And didn't know you where until I read this now.

I'm not working today, but I'm in RI and will be home around 10 or 11am ish.

When you planning on heading home? Also if you are not up to the drive home, you're more than welcome to stay at my place for the night. I have plenty of room for the 2 of you (if Chris is with you).

D'oh. We left around 10:15 this morning, just got home about half an hour ago. Stupid Connecticut. Stupid snow. Stupid New York. Stupid New Jersey.

I honestly meant to call you and see if you were around this weekend, but I ended up pretty much hermiting in my hotel room most of the con with the exception of a couple of panels and a trip to Mary Chung's. Next time I'm around, shall I give you a ringy-dingy?
