I wish they'd made this clear in the original post: "LiveJournal, Inc. is a California company and subject to California and US laws."

It wouldn't stop the EPIC WANK going on over there in the comments, but there's nothing that would.

Speaking of wank, there are about a thousand comments on that post claiming "you ripped these off from Superdickery, wahwahwah". So, I gather that perhaps they actually did come from there. =)
