What happened to my day?

It was just before noon when I sat down with my yarn and "Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell" on CD; how did it get to be almost 5? So much for being really productive today while there was something resembling sunlight.

(I did at least finish up the last 20 rows of the blanket I'm working on, leaving only the border to do now. I also got through the first four of the twenty-six CDs, which probably explains where all that missing time went.)

How is that book? I've heard and heard about it but at the library it's always checked out so I can't get near it.

Quite good so far, although I'm glad I got the audiobook cheaply because otherwise I'd never find the time to slog through it becaues I keep getting distracted by yarn. I can lend it out if you'd like once I finish with it, although that may be a little while yet.

I took the train to work rather than drive (which meant a 4 hour total commute rather than a 2.5 hour one) because I wanted more time to read it.
