Hm, I don't seem to have done one of these in a while.

Sunday, January 9: 176.5 lbs (high)
Sunday, February 13: 168.5 (low)
Sunday, March 6: 170.5 (current)

Stalled, but that's mostly because I've not been paying much attention to what I've been eating. The Melting Pot last night probably accounts for a pound and a half of that anyway. ;) Mmmm, molten cheese.

More importantly, I cranked up the DDR level by a notch and promptly started burning a whole lot more calories according to their counter (320 in 30 minutes today). Yoga and stretching after DDR are helping with the flexibility a bit; my hamstrings thank me. If I was smart, I'd go dig out the weights again. Eventually. Right now, I think a shower is in order instead.

Mmmm... the Melting Pot. Did you and C. go for the broth or hot oil, this time?

i still love ddr as the top exercise mechanism of all time. i tihnk we need to move off the old copy we ave on the playstation 1 here though on to a new version (something on a PS2 - which means i'l need to get a PS2 also :)

We did get splufty 1" hard foam pads though - that was a requirement.

BTW, Ubercon has a great full size DDR setup with projector and everything. You wanted to come to NJ anyway, right? :)
