Mmmm, smelly

My BPAL order showed up today, woo! I did apparently get my order placed in time to get the limited edition "All Saints'". "Based on a venerable French pontifical incense blend: monastic frankincense and myrrh, Damascus rose, Russian gardenia, cassia, and lily of the valley wafting on a chill Autumn wind. A celebration of the glory and suffering of the saints and martyrs of the Church." I didn't like it in the bottle, but it's definitely growing on me now that it's on. I smell like a Catholic church, all incense-y with some faint floral notes. Hm, as it dries down, the sweet scents are becoming more noticeable. One of the folks in the community mentioned jokingly that it had a bit of an aphrodisiac effect on her husband; I can kinda see that. Did I mention this stuff smells yummy?

I'm not sure if I should be ecstatic or terrified (I vote for both): the new Fairfax Wegmans it turns out is being built on the other end of Monument Drive, less than five miles from my house.

Speaking of Wegmans, I suppose it's time to figure out what we're having for dinner tomorrow. I am so unmotivated.
