Today is Pungenday, day 45 in the season of Discord, 3268.
It's 10:30 and still pretty dark outside; what happened to the partly sunny in the morning forecast? Today I give up and go back to the higher doses of sam-e I think; I've been trying to lower my dose to 200mg/day from 400, and I think that overlaps with the time I started feeling off-kilter. And given how dreary today is and the mood I've been in since yesterday, it's high-dosage brain drugs day I believe. I suppose I'll change my plans from going to wander around the botanical gardens to maybe wandering around McKay's used book/music store. Maybe the one in Manassas which has a fuzzy black store cat. The original plan was to go out with E. and R. on their sailboat and watch a bit of the Volvo Ocean Race as it left Annapolis, but that's pretty much not happening thanks to the weather. So very little has gone as hoped this weekend.

Good luck with the nose piercing! (I assume you're getting a nostril and not
a septum, yes?) FAQ answers that you'll be needing soon : 1) Yes, when someone sticks a needle through your nose, it hurts. 2) When I get a cold, I do the same thing everyone else does. *snicker* I'm debating going to a hairdresser and seeing how betty bangs would work on me, and maybe dying them.
