I'm not sure what the Montgomery County Council are, um, smoking.
Complain about your neighbor smoking in their own home, and they get a $750 EPA smackdown. I hate secondhand smoke. Hate it hate it hate it. I have asthma and smoke often literally makes me sick, which is part of the reason I so rarely go to clubs or bars anymore. But never in a million years would I try to essentially tell someone "you can't smoke in your own home".
