Mark Ronson (Feat. Amy Winehouse) - "Valerie". Damn catchy cover of The Zutons tune. In the video, the part of Amy's being played by five women referred to as "The Winettes", I assume because that's around the time they tried to made her go to rehab. Or something.

I love the icon because it always reminds me of my favorite scene from the movie "Human Traffic"; that bit of the movie cracks me up every time.
