Oh, these are beautiful.



Even I can't come close to rationalizing $815 shoes though, no matter how gorgeous they are. Eek!

See, now, what does it mean to pay $815 for some leather, stitching, probably some wood, and a bit of fabric? Were they made by gold plated amazon elves with a fantastic pension program or something?

No, they were made my Manolo Blahnik. Which is pretty close to the same thing. ;)

These were made by his own hands? That might explain it. They are pretty... look painful to wear, though, ouch.
