The Montana Supremes today voided a single ballot in a state rep. race - and swung the control of the Legislature to the Democrats.

That whole voiding is going to be contentious, especially given how energetic Constitution Party members are. It's fascinating to see a party change its mind so much on overvotes..some races they count, some they don't.
