Never think to yourself "things couldn't possibly get worse". You're just asking for trouble by doing that, or asking "what's the worst that could happen?". Tonight's going to be a melatonin/valerian/theanine cocktail before bed, I think; there's just one too many stressors in my life at the moment. At this point, I'm not sure how much even my vacation is going to help.
