My inbox just disappeared, taking with it all but two messages from the last six weeks or so. Don't ask me why those two were left, I don't know. One minute I had an inbox, I closed elm in the usual way, and the next time I opened it up my mail was almost completely gone. If you sent me mail that you're still waiting for me to answer or you'd like to make sure I've seen, please resend it.

Must. Restrain. Fist of Death. Go look at cute little random kitten picure generator: awwwww.

I will now have to kill you.

I'm sorry, but I can already tell what a time sink those cute kittens will be, and I have only you to blame.

I swear, it wasn't my fault!

I've had it happen that elm would rename the mailbox. Try a ls -alR | grep "yesterdays date" to see if you have an unexpected folder.

Does your ISP (assuming you're not using a home machine) have easily accessable backups?

Yay, backups!
