I love the link. Especially the insane asylum one. I've been to the Northampton State Hospital. I couldn't get in. As soon as I walked up to the doors a car pulled up and told me to leave. But the buildings and grounds are beautiful
Thanks to you I finally get to see some of the inside.

I've heard that some place in the tunnels under the hospital there is a room with a compressor running and some lights on. I've always wanted to know what was going on down there in the tunnels of an abandoned State hospital.....ok so I'm a little strange

Quite welcome. The pictures alternate between disturbing and beautiful, many of them are a bit of both. I think one of my favorites (knowing the context) is the stanza from the poem carved into the wall at the very end of the asylum series.

Hm. Lights and compressors in the tunnels, cars appearing to make sure you don't go exploring inside...if I was more Mulder-ish, I'm sure I could come up with an excellent explanation. ;)
