Today is Sweetmorn, day 2 in the season of Bureaucracy, 3268.

Things that are cool:
* Tool-making crows
* The Mediaeval Baebes are performing at the Maryland Renaissance Festival in September. And I'm going. *wave* ;)
* It's Friday, payday, and it's only going to be in the mid-80s.
* I'm loved by some truly wonderful people. *schmoop*
* The new Fire Mountain Gems catalog arrived in the mail yesterday.



Things that are not so cool:
* Surgeon leaves mid-operation to run to the bank
* The XP upgrade did not in fact make the laptop recall that it does have a modem, so today I get to do a fresh install.
* The new Fire Mountain Gems catalog arrived in the mail yesterday, and I only have a tiny bit of money. =)
* My left wrist is aching and making disturbing cracking noises.
* My favorite radio station is changing format as of Saturday morning to some as yet unknown format. Bleah.

Well,

As far as I can tell, the 94.7 "format change"
was an advertising gimmick. One day of Springsteen only, since he was playing at MCI center on Sat night.
They'll probably be back to normal tomorrow.
