So the good addendum to my last little rant is that it's possible that I can get the windshield repaired rather than entirely replaced (it falls just within their 6-inch limit and is on the passenger side rather than the driver's side). The bad news is that now my battery is dead. Someone hates me.

*hug* Thanks. I was very close to screaming when I got home after buying a new car battery only to find that our section of the power grid was out and we had to hunt down flashlights to replace the battery. *laugh* Thursday is over though, so let's hope Friday is better. =)
