I have to get out of town this weekend. Away from CNN and MSNBC and all the other constant news sources. I'm overloaded, frankly. I need to be outside, where maybe for a few hours I can not constantly hear about things.
That's a thought. It would even give me a chance to wear the thing I got distracted into buying last weekend. :) I actually want to go hiking out near Skyline tomorrow, but that will depend entirely on whether my foot wants to go into hiking boots yet.
I just found out Sunday is Freak Day at the fair. *grin*
Yeah, the foot is still bothering me; I'm suspecting that I probably gave it a tiny fracture or something. It's the same toe that I slightly fractured years ago by slamming it into the concrete wall of a pool, too. I've found that if I take a couple of aleve in the morning, I can walk around on it all day though. :)
