This might just be my favorite TV show that doesn't yet exist

rednikki pointed at this post, in which we learn that Jack Davenport (of "Coupling" and "Pirates" fame) has been cast in a CBS pilot called "Swingtown". Tassler said Swingtown is, "set in 1976 in a cul-de-sac in Chicago. There are three different couples in Swingtown. One, Tom and Trina are firmly ensconced in the world of swinging. Another couple, Bruce and Susan, are just sort of beginning to look at their marriage and explore different possibilities, as it were. And then another couple, Jill and Roger, are appalled at the prospect of getting involved in that at all."
Shall we take bets on whether this actually get picked up? I am amused that Jack has been cast as Bruce (if he owns or visits Bruce's Bar & Grill, I'll laugh very, very hard) and his on-screen wife's named Susan.
