Since I could be doing something productive (like laundry) with my evening, I of course decided to make some "Pearls Before Swine" icons from the last few days instead. Feel free to gank 'em if you want 'em.

Today is Boomtime, day 20 in the season of The Aftermath, 3271.

I don't really keep up all that much with new PS2 games, so I wasn't even aware of Guitar Hero until I saw Jeff Atwood's post about it:

The gameplay is similar to many other rhythm games: it consists of pressing the right colored fret and strumming/holding the notes at the right time. But there's one big difference between other rhythm games and Guitar Hero: this one goes to eleven. The guitar even has a functional whammy bar and detects when it's being held vertically to enter "Rock Star" powerup mode.

Sweet. Between that and "Taiko Drum Master", our neighbors will love us. Perhaps my nephew and niece both need a copy for Christmas too. Hrm.
