I'm counting days (45). I haven't done this in a while, it feels good. Frustrating, but very good.
And in more immediate good news, just as E. and I had started to bitch that we could use a new contract and some cash, our friend and former cow orker I. reappeared with a request for a bunch of web help for his new company. Excellent timing. :) (Although he's meeting with us before we meet the PM to give us "the *real* scoop" on this project, which is a little bit ominous. Oh well, I desperately need the cash, even if it involves coding ASP while standing on my head.) Plus working on this will help me ramp up to the pain in the ass it will be when I have to move our entire network (such as it is) over to a new provider in two weeks. Ugh.
