(no subject)
I've been initiated to the joys of duckpin bowling.
A bunch of us went out to dinner last night for B.'s birthday celebration, followed by duckpin bowling at Tuffy Leehmans afterwards. Much fun was had all around; I didn't remember bowling being that much fun when I had to do it for P.E. credit in high school, but then again in high school I wasn't out with friends and there was no beer involved. =) I still suck at it, but that's okay; I had a good time.
I'm feeling the need to travel again; it's too bad I'm poor again, at least temporarily. =/
Found another Australia package - $1760 for 14 nights, including airfare from LA. Frommer's is my friend. Or my nemesis, depending on how much money and time I happen to have. ;)
